![]() Some people prefer a clear and defined ending, while others are just playing idle games to get upgrades and tons of points. I was hoping someone more experienced could point me towards a tier list of some sort so I can. I have noticed that some monsters are definitely better than others, even within the same tier sometimes. While players have the option to continue through the game and see how far they can make it, most just end there and go on to find another game.īoth styles can be extremely fun, it just kind of depends on which kind of gamer you are. Tierlist Hey I am pretty new to the game, I got to wave 250 and unlocked my first Mythics today. First, the experience gained is concentrated in just those two. Once you have enough upgrades to make it to the end and destroy the iceberg, that is pretty much it. For the most part the best way to play Idle Monster TD is by selecting 2 monsters (of 2 different elements) to be your DPS Monsters, while the remaining 8 will be Support (including 1 to 2 Fluffy variants for Gold Lust at the front of the map). For example, the goal of Learn to Fly is to take out the iceberg that is several thousand yards away. On the other hand, there are some games on the playlist that have very defined endings. There isn’t really a defined ending, but it will take you a long time to get to a point where progression gets very slow and boring. For example, Tiny Fishing has players progressively catching more and more fish that increase in value. Many idle games just have players going from stage to stage, slowly leveling up. These become more and more common as you progress to later waves. It really varies from game to game. This means they cannot be attacked by monsters of that element. Later in the game, you may start seeing enemies with elemental shield icons above their HP bar. For example, if you look at a monster who is near another monster with a +10% DPS passive skill, it will be displayed as (+18%) next to this monster's DPS stat. These are the bonuses applied from passive skills of nearby monsters. ![]() What are those (+18%) bonus stat percentages that are sometimes displayed for monsters? ![]() Only the monster that gets the final kill-shot on the enemy will receive exp. If you lose and get reset to the start of the stage, you will not earn kill exp again until you pass your previous position Why am I not always earning training exp for kills?Įarning exp to increase your monsters' training bonuses works the same way as earning essence - you will only earn kill exp on your FIRST play-through of each wave. When you prestige, you will start earning essence again starting from wave 1. You will have to progress past where you lost to start earning essence again. So, if you pass a few waves, then you lose and get reset to the beginning of the stage, you will not re-earn essence for the few waves you've already passed before the defeat/reset. You only earn essence for completing a wave on your FIRST play-through. Q: Why am I not always earning essence for completing waves and killing bosses?
